  1. I just ordered your book, The Last Pendragon, from Amazon and I am super excited! I have this obsession with Celtic mythology/history, but lately I have been on a King Arthur/4th-6th Century C.E. craze, and throw in some Sidhe and romance, and I am hooked! I am very excited to start this new series, and since I consider my self one of your pagan readers, I give kudos to someone who still keeps the pagan side of history alive, many authors forget that these time periods were not only a huge battle between armies of men, but religions as well:)

  2. I’m so glad you wrote to me! It is important to do your best not to impose current understandings on past peoples and I’m glad that you have found my posts and my books to your liking :) Thank you!

  3. I am a very open-minded person when it comes to history and the battles over land and religion, although I consider myself to be on the side of the pagans, that is more because their stories are more interesting and heart-felt to me, but when it comes straight down to the history side of it, I would always prefer solid themes and concepts then biased opinions! History, fantasy, and mythology are my passion and it is always a blessing to me to find authors that combine all three in such a wonderful way. I was wanting to order another of your books as well, and eventually all of them, but since I am on a strict budget right now (ordering books is my ” fun money”:) I just had a quick question; which one has more fantasy/mythology in it; Pendragon’s Quest or Cold my heart? Like I said I am on this whole King Arthur/fantasy/mythology kick right now, I know they are both seeped in history which is also important to me but I was wondering if you had any personal opinions to help with my decision:)

  4. The Last Pendragon definitely has more fantasy and mythology in it. I hope you would like both, and Cold My Heart actually has King Arthur in it (The Last Pendragon is set later in time), but I think the depth of the Welsh mythology in The Last Pendragon is something you would like. Read the reviews by Rayven on Amazon for both The Last Pendragon and The Pendragon’s Quest. My sense is that her philosophy is similar to yours :)

  5. I will do that, and then I will be back on Amazon to order Pendragon’s Quest! I am excited to read Cold my Heart and will be ordering that in good time as well, then I will jump on Goodreads to give you an awesome review (I can already tell I will love it, but don’t worry, I will be honest!) Happy Writing!

  6. Dear Mrs. Woodbury,

I have loved reading the Pendragon books! I just finished reading the second book. I read your previous post; am I correct in understanding that you will be continuing to write more with Fade and Rhiann?! This would make me extremely happy! :)
