The Gareth and Gwen Medieval Mysteries are quickly becoming one of my favorite book series! I’ve always been a fan of the time period, add to that a thrilling murder mystery and a bit of an epic romance… I couldn’t ask for anything better! Thank you so much for allowing others to share in your very creative and entertaining stories. (please tell me there will be more!) 😉

Since I discovered Kindle I very seldom buy books now. Daughter in Time popped up and after reading, actually by the half way mark, I wanted the next and then then next. In the last three weeks I have finished your Cilmeri series and am waiting now to see what Callum will be up to past Exiles in Time. So many times you made me laugh right in the middle of a serious part and then the next instant there was a complete surprise. I tried to guess outcomes but you always manage to turn the tables every time. I also think the bouncing back anf forth in time gives these stories much added intrigue interest, and just plain fun. You have a wonderful gift of a story teller and I love the way you are able to make things flow. You are definitely on my favorite author’s list now. I always wanted to be a writer but not sure I have whatever it takes to keep at it… perhaps retiring on a mountain top on the Oregon coast. Anyway, Thank you for having what it takes to put your talent into the hands , and enjoyment, of you readers.

I have to admit that I am a 52 year old YA reader! I’ve spent the last two weeks with my kindle in my hand reading the entire After Climeri series. I want to thank you for all the research you put into your books. I have learned (and enjoyed )while reading your work. I went to your website because I was curious about the type of individual that would pour so much detail into their work. I was delighted to find your videos re your trip! I now realize that your writing simply reflects your passionate interest in this time period. You have a wonderful gift of developing detailed plots and characters. I look forward to reading ANYTHING you care to write! (Directions? ) please continue writing and I truly hope you get as much enjoyment from writing as I do from reading your work.

    Hello Sarah!

I’ve become a huge fan of your work since about Christmas time. I dl-ed Daughter of Time for free and was hooked! I absolutely love the After Cilmeri series and have read the whole series twice. I also love the G&G mystery series! I’m so glad you have books in the works for both series!

Just out of curiosity, how long does it take you to write each book? Does it get easier as the series continue?

Hi Megan! The amount of time it takes to write a book varies wildly. Sometimes, when book just comes to me, like Children of Time and Exiles in Time (which is coming in March), it’s a matter of four or five months. Some books have taken much longer–years of rewrites trying to get it right. Thanks for commenting! I’m so glad you love the books.

Hi Sarah, After rereading Children of Time, I am rereading all of them, starting with Daughter of Time. Did you know when you started the series, how far David would go? (I will not say here how far because some may not have read Children of Time yet) Perhaps David could come back to the 21th centurery and become President! Keep up the good works. Yours, Amos

Damn you! 🙂 Yet another night of little sleep since I found your series. Somehow in downloading and reading I missed book two, Prince of Time, the lovely story of how David came back to present day with Ieuan and found Bronwen then returned, and am now reading it. Hoping that when I finish this book in a couple of hours that you will have finished yet another book (so we can find out about the baby boom) and gotten it published. You can read Kindle books on smart phones. If you have a smart phone, you can download the Kindle app. So I have a Kindle, but I also have a Droid phone, to which I’ve downloaded the Kindle app and I happily read books on it. Otherwise, you can buy books at other sites and also read them on your phone. I know for sure that Smashwords and Barnes and Noble have smart phone apps too. Hope this helps! Glad you enjoyed what you’ve read so far!
